# Deskbolt > Deskbolt is an AI chatbot for real estate agency websites. It answers website visitors 24/7, knows every listing on the agency's site, qualifies buyers, sellers, renters and landlords, and sends each lead to the agency's dashboard, inbox and CRM. The Deskbolt team builds the AI agent and sets it up for each agency. Key facts, as published on www.deskbolt.com (October 2026): - **What the agent answers**: questions about the listing the visitor is looking at (price, rooms, area, features), about the agency (team, areas, services, office hours) and about real estate in general (buying, selling, renting, financing). It reads the links visitors share before it answers. When the answer isn't in the agency's listings or on its website, it says so and offers a follow-up by the agency's team instead of making something up. - **Finding homes**: the agent can search the agency's listings for the visitor, by area, budget, bedrooms, bathrooms, size, type of home and any feature a listing mentions (a pool, a boat dock), and show the homes that match as cards in the chat, with photo, price, location and a link to the listing. This is an option the agency turns on. - **What it hands over**: buyers, sellers, renters and landlords become leads; spam, sales pitches and job applications are set aside but kept in the dashboard. Each lead arrives with name, email and phone (checked as they're typed), budget, area, timeline and type of home, plus an AI summary of the conversation. - **Agent recruiting**: for networks and brokerages that recruit, the agent answers would-be agents about joining and qualifies their profile (experience, license, area, availability, motivation, languages). - **Setup**: the agency answers a 15-minute questionnaire; the Deskbolt team builds the AI agent and the dashboard, then helps add the chat to the website with one snippet or a WordPress plugin. About 20 minutes of the agency's time in total. - **Languages**: the agent replies in the language each visitor writes in. The chat itself (welcome message, forms and buttons) follows the website's language, in 13 languages. - **CRM integrations**: Follow Up Boss, HubSpot, LionDesk, Real Geeks and Cloze. Any other tool: fetch leads and their conversations in JSON through the API, or receive each lead by a signed webhook. - **Pricing** (excluding taxes): 14-day free trial, no credit card required; the trial starts the day the agent goes live. Starter $330 a month (300 conversations), Pro $650 (600), Scale $1,680 (1,500), Enterprise on quote (from 3,000). Yearly plans are 20% off: $265, $520 and $1,350 a month. Every plan includes every feature and one AI agent; plans differ by volume only. Euro prices are on the pricing page. - **Security and privacy**: hosted on Google Cloud and Amazon Web Services, mainly in the United States; data encrypted in transit and at rest; no personal data is used to train public AI models; GDPR compliance with a Data Processing Agreement; CCPA/CPRA, and chat-recording consent in the US states that require it; data deleted within 60 days after the contract ends, unless the law requires longer. - **Current agent**: Deskbolt V3, launched in October 2026 and included in every plan. - **Company**: Deskbolt is a product of MEDIASWAPP SL, Madrid, Spain.
