Privacy notice

This short notice explains what happens to what you share in the chat on this site.

Who runs the chat

The chat on this site is operated by MEDIASWAPP SL (Deskbolt). MEDIASWAPP SL is the data controller for the messages and contact details you share in the chat.

If you message us on WhatsApp at +1 (305) 914-6717, this notice also covers those messages and your WhatsApp number and profile name. WhatsApp itself is provided by Meta under its own terms.

What is collected

• The messages you write in the chat.
• The contact details you choose to share, such as your name, email address or phone number.
• Technical data such as your approximate location (worked out from your IP address), your browser language and type, the page you are on and the page that brought you here.

The chat records basic usage events (such as when it loads, shows a message or is opened) and keeps information such as a visitor identifier, a session identifier and your conversation in your browser’s local storage. This site adds no other analytics and no advertising cookies.

Why

How long it is kept

Chat messages and contact details are kept for up to three years after your last message, or less if you ask us to delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to hello@deskbolt.com.

Your personal data is never sold.

Full details, including the legal basis, the providers that help run the chat (AI models and the CRM that receives your request), transfers outside the EU and your right to complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD), are in Deskbolt’s privacy policy at www.deskbolt.com/privacy-policy.
