7.Subscription and Payment
7.1. Plans and Billing
Deskbolt operates on a subscription model, with monthly or yearly plans. Each subscription includes:
- Use of the chat widget, within the conversations included in your plan, and CRM sync
- Access to analytics, Smart Data, and automations
- Dedicated onboarding and support
Plans are billed in advance: every month on a monthly plan, or once a year on a yearly plan, which is a 12-month commitment.
7.2. Pricing
All prices are listed in USD or EUR, exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Pricing details are available at deskbolt.com/pricing. Conversations beyond those included in your plan are billed separately as one-off charges, at the rates shown on our pricing page or in your quote, without the yearly discount.
7.3. Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Deskbolt does not store credit card data.
7.4. Renewal and Cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period: for one month on a monthly plan, and for 12 months on a yearly plan.
To cancel, send us written notice, by email to hello@deskbolt.com or through the cancellation request in your dashboard, at least 15 days before the end of your current billing period. Your subscription then ends at the end of that period, and the Service remains available until then. Notice received later takes effect at the end of the following billing period.
A yearly plan cannot be ended before the end of its 12-month term.
7.5. Refunds
Payments are non-refundable, including for partial periods, unused time, feature downgrades, or the remaining months of a yearly plan. Issued invoices remain due, including when a payment is reversed by your bank.
Free trials are not billed: if you choose a plan during your trial, billing starts when the trial ends.
