Deskbolt, in facts

Deskbolt is an AI chatbot for real estate agency websites: it answers visitors 24/7, qualifies buyers, sellers, renters and landlords, and sends each lead to the agency's dashboard, inbox and CRM. The Deskbolt team builds the AI agent and sets it up for each agency.

The AI agent works in a chat on the agency's website. It:

• Knows every listing on the agency's website and answers from the one the visitor is looking at: price, rooms, area, features.
• Can search the agency's listings for the visitor, by area, budget, bedrooms, bathrooms, size, type of home and any feature a listing mentions (a pool, a boat dock), and show the homes that match as cards in the chat, with photo, price, location and a link to the listing. This is an option the agency turns on.
• Also answers about the agency (team, areas, services, office hours) and about real estate in general (buying, selling, renting, financing).
• Reads the links visitors share (a listing on another website, a page of the agency) before it answers.
• Doesn't guess: when the answer isn't in the listings or on the website, it says so and offers a follow-up by the agency's team.
• Starts the conversation with pop-ups set page by page, for example on a listing, about that home.
• Sorts every conversation: buyers, sellers, renters and landlords become leads; spam, sales pitches and job applications are set aside but kept in the dashboard.
• Hands over complete leads: name, email and phone (checked as they're typed), budget, area, timeline and type of home, plus an AI summary of the conversation.
• For networks and brokerages that recruit, answers would-be agents and qualifies their profile: experience, license, area, availability, motivation, languages.

Each lead reaches the agency's dashboard, its inbox and its CRM. In Deskbolt's data, 52% of conversations start in the evening, at night or on a weekend (9,529 conversations for its clients, July to October 2026, in each agency's local time).

• The Deskbolt team builds the AI agent and sets it up for the agency; the agency answers a 15-minute questionnaire, about 20 minutes of its time in total.
• It goes live with one snippet or a WordPress plugin, with the team's help.
• 14-day free trial, no credit card required. The trial starts the day the agent goes live, and nothing is charged automatically.

Prices per month, excluding taxes. Every plan includes every feature and one AI agent; plans differ by volume only.

• Yearly plans: 20% off, with a 12-month commitment. Monthly plans: no commitment, cancellable with 15 days' written notice.
• Extra conversations: 100 more for $120 (€110), added automatically; not discounted on yearly plans.
• Extra AI agent: $300 (€275) a month, or $240 (€220) on a yearly plan. One AI agent per website: a second website takes an extra AI agent.
• A conversation is a chat in which a visitor writes and the agent replies, counted once a month. Page views, opening the chat without writing and the agency's own tests don't count.
• Included in every plan: a dashboard with every conversation, every lead by email, conversation and lead analytics, team accounts and roles.
• Payment by card or bank debit.

• Native CRM integrations: Follow Up Boss, HubSpot, LionDesk, Real Geeks and Cloze. Each lead is sent the moment it's qualified, and its updates follow.
• Any other tool: fetch leads and their conversations in JSON with an API key, or receive each lead by a signed webhook.
• A CRM that isn't on the list can be added: included in Scale and Enterprise; on Starter and Pro, Deskbolt reserves the right to assess its cost.

• The AI agent converses in 159+ languages and replies in the language each visitor writes in.
• The chat itself (welcome message, forms, buttons) follows the website's language, in 13 languages: English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian, German, Croatian, Russian, Arabic, Hindi, Bengali, Indonesian and Chinese.

• Runs on Google Cloud and Amazon Web Services, mainly in the United States.
• Data encrypted in transit and at rest. No personal data is used to train public AI models.
• Europe: GDPR compliance, with a Data Processing Agreement; access and deletion requests handled.
• United States: CCPA/CPRA; chat-recording consent in California and the other all-party-consent states, a notice elsewhere; every consent logged.
• Data deleted within 60 days after the contract ends, unless the law requires longer retention.
